Managing a cafeteria is time-consuming. The cash needs to be counted, reported and booked, and the notes and coins have to be stored and deposited with the bank. Stock has to be checked and goods ordered. Bridgetime Café simplifies all of this.
Bridge club members can use Bridgetime Café to easily order refreshments via a tablet by clicking the photo of the product they want. As an order is placed, the tablet displays a summary of the products ordered with their prices and the total to pay. Several tablets can be used at the same time, thus reducing the cafeteria queue.
Bridgetime Café also makes it possible to pay faster in the cafeteria as members pay via their club accounts and avoid the hassle of using cash. A member’s club account displays the purchases the member has made in the cafeteria, giving them a full overview of what they have paid in the cafeteria.
Journal vouchers are created automatically in Bridgetime Café, showing a code summary of sales per product and a detailed transaction list. Journal vouchers can be exported to the club’s accounting system via a file, which simplifies the job of the treasurer. Only any cash sales have to be reported to the club treasurer manually.
Bridgetime Café’s sales statistics show which goods sell best and make it easier to plan orders.
