Terms of service
The Terms of Service must be accepted upon registration as a new user with Bridgetime. By using Bridgetime, you agree to our Terms of Service, which is a legal agreement. Our Terms of Service apply to your use of our Websites username.bridgetime.eu, username.bridgetime.eu/pay and username.bridgetime.eu/café. Username is your assigned account name.
Services and grant of rights
Subject to these Terms of Service and subscription agreement with Customer, Bridgetime hereby grants the User a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable limited term right to access and use the Services.
General rules and user obligations
To use Bridgetime you must (a) complete the registration process; (b) provide current and accurate information regarding the User’s identity and correct and legitimate e-mail address; (c) agree to these Terms of Service; and (d) follow these rules.
The User is responsible for (a) all activities conducted through the use of the Services and (b) shall ensure compliance with national laws in conjunction therewith; (c) all content uploaded to, transferred through, publicly posted, processed or entered into the Services by the User shall be sole responsibility of the User; (d) the User undertakes not to provide access to the Services to anyone else than individuals who have completed the registration form and thereby agreed to the Terms of Service.
If you break any of the rules in these Terms, we may terminate your account. Your action may also subject you too legal consequences.
You own your content. We do not represent any ownership or claim any intellectual property rights, over the information that you provide or that is provided to us.
We own Bridgetime and our Services. You may not copy, reproduce, alter, resell, mirror or create derivate works of Bridgetime, our services, or our content on Bridgetime without our written permission.
You shall grant to us a royalty-frees, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable and perpetual license to incorporate into Bridgetime or otherwise use any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback that we receive from you.
Passwords and accounts
The User shall ensure that identities, passwords are stored and used in a secure manner and cannot be accessed by third parties. You are responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential. The User shall be liable for any unauthorized use of the Services. Bridgetime shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from the User’s failure to comply with these requirements.
The User must allow Bridgetime to retrieve session information in order to enable the necessary login/logout procedures used in the Services and to ensure that unauthorised persons do not gain access to the Services.
Bridgetime will not disclose to any third party, or otherwise make available, information received by Bridgetime from the User within the scope of this agreement.
Bridgetime shall adopt reasonable measures to protect the privacy of the User.
The free trial entitles new, registered users, to a thirty (30) day free trial of the Services.
Payment in advance. The Services are billed in advance on a continues basis. It is solely the User’s responsibility to ensure that deposits are sufficient at all time for the Services
All fees are inclusive of all taxes and duties imposed by governing authorities.
All payments are online payments on the Services.
We reserve the right to change service fees upon six (6) months’ notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to Bridgetime or by e-mail.
Cancellation and termination
You are solely responsible for cancellation of your account. You may cancel your account at any time by going to Club/Company Settings and close your account. An e-mail or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancelled. You will not be charged after cancellation.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses made against us by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with the use of Bridgetime.
Bridgetime reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The user shall be informed of such amendments by e-mail or through the information being made available on the Web Site.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Service and the ensuing relationship between Bridgetime and the User shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of Sweden.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Expedited Arbitration of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The seat of the arbitration shall be Stockholm. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
You agree that we are not liable for any delays or failure in performance of any part of the Services, from any cause beyond our control.
